Public-facing booking page with custom branding, colors, logo, hours, and service area. Available on Growth and Pro plans.
SMS appointment reminders
Automatic reminders sent before appointments with YES/NO confirmation. Up to 3 reminders per appointment on Pro.
MMS logo reminders
Send your business logo alongside SMS reminders on Growth and Pro plans.
Client portal
Clients can create an account, view their appointments, and manage their profile. Available on Growth and Pro.
Invoicing and balance tracking
Send invoices, track client balances, and send automatic payment reminders. Collect a client's signature on the invoice, email a PDF copy, and send a proper paid receipt by text or email.
Online invoice payments (Stripe Connect)
Connect your own Stripe account in Settings and clients can pay their invoices online with a card via a no-login payment link sent by text or email. Payments go straight to your own Stripe balance. Available on Growth and above.
Custom client texts
Send a one-off text to a client — a restock update, a "time to rebook" nudge, or anything else — separate from your automatic appointment and invoice reminders. Available on Growth and above.
Quotes and estimates
Create and send professional estimates to clients. Clients can approve or request changes online. Available on all paid plans.
Employee time clock
Staff can clock in/out, run per-job timers, and view their schedules. Available on Growth and Pro.
Inventory management
Track products and parts, adjust stock levels, and monitor low-stock alerts with full adjustment history.
Service forms and digital signatures
Create custom intake forms, collect photos, and capture digital signatures. Available on Growth and Pro.
REST API
Full REST API for integrating your account with external software. Includes appointments, clients, inventory, quotes, and reports.
CSV client import
Import clients from any CSV file, with full support for Jobber exports including tags, addresses, and notes.
Weekly product/service report
See every service booked in a week with quantities and revenue. Useful for manual inventory tracking. Growth and Pro only.
File storage system
Upload and store photos, documents, and signatures. 2 GB included free, with upgrade plans up to 100 GB.
Online payment collection at booking
Allow customers to pay a deposit or full amount when booking through the booking page. Direct Stripe integration at checkout.
Annual billing with discount
Option to pay annually at a reduced rate compared to monthly billing.
View portal as client
Business owners can open the client portal logged in as any of their clients — useful for support and training.
