On Growth, Pro, and Elite plans, if you upload a business logo in your settings, your appointment reminders will be sent as MMS — your logo image arrives alongside the text message. If no logo is uploaded, messages send as standard SMS.

Yes. In Settings you can tag clients (e.g. "commercial") and configure those tags to bypass the confirmation text entirely. Commercial accounts will not receive confirmation texts; residential clients still get the full reminder and confirmation flow.
